Thanks to Glyconutrients I Feel 10 Years Younger!

by Maree
(Auckland, New Zealand)

Ten years ago my health was pretty run down. I was working in a very stressful job at the time and constantly getting sick with colds and flu's. I think most people realize how stress can really impact your state of health. I really felt I wasn't coping and I was needing to have a lot of time off work, which wasn't a good thing. In fact one year I can remember, about 10 years ago, I came down with every virus you can imagine and was so sick I almost ended up in hospital.

At that time I made a decision to improve my health by learning more about nutritional options that could support my immune system. Because my professional life was so stressful and on top of that I had a young child and family responsibilities, I realized I was asking a lot of my body without giving it some extra support to cope with all the demands I was placing on it.

To cut a long story short, in my research for options to support my health and quality of life I discovered the importance of including glyconutrients in the diet. I also learned that these nutrients are often deficient in our food today and that supplementation was something a lot of people were doing to ensure they were getting sufficient glyconutrients in their diets every day. So I decided to join this group of enlightened consumers and try supplementing glyconutrients for myself.

To my absolute delight I noticed subtle changes and improvements very quickly...things like increased energy, clarity of thought, and just a sense of well-being that I hadn't experienced in a long, long time. This improvement in my quality of life was enough to make me realize my body must have been deficient in these vital nutrients, so the simple answer was to keep supplementing and just see what sort of difference this improved nutrition would make to my general state of health over time.

That was 10 years ago. Today I'm 50 years of age and I feel like I felt in my 20's......my energy levels are that good.

I continue to work hard in my professional life and I have a busy family and social life. Despite this hectic pace, my quality of life is outstanding....in fact, I can't remember the last time I had a cold or the flu and my sense of well-being just seems to get better and better each year.

Also, My husband, son and I have traveled a lot internationally during the last 10 years and I have never got a cold or flu during the times I have been traveling. That's pretty outstanding for someone who used to be sick with colds and flu's almost continually.

I have to say that I attribute this significant quality of life improvement to supplementing with glyconutrients and I would definitely encourage people to consider this option if they are really serious about having a healthy lifestyle and getting the most out of life.

I'm really excited about the prospect of feeling younger and healthier with each decade that passes! Gosh I could end up like Benjamin Button...ha, ha!

Kind Regards
Maree

Benjamin Button!

Ok Benjamin...ah I mean Maree. It's fantastic that you're in such great health now at 50. Maybe I should allow the up-load of photographs on this page so we can all see how glyconutrients could benefit ones appearance. Might make the plastic surgeons a little nervous eh?
